Wallet debits are processed when a booking is created according to server rules. There is no cash or original payment-method refund for cancelled pre-booked sessions: eligible amounts are credited automatically to your Yalla Game wallet only, for reuse on future bookings or in-platform purchases.
Gaming-center “time bank”: if you stop an active prepaid play session early, unused time (from your purchased window) is converted to wallet credit at the venue hourly rate, so nothing you paid for is lost—you can play again later using the same wallet balance.
